SSL Certificates in Chrome on iOS

Our ISP requires us to have an SSL certificate in place for the filtering they provide (they operate a man-in-the-middle style decrypt-scan-encrypt filter). This works fine from IE and Chrome on desktops, and from Safari in iOS, but not from Chrome on iOS due to a big stand-off between Apple and Google (https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=152584). Other than not using Chrome, does anyone have any ideas for a way around this?
