Office 365, 'Possible Service Issues' ?

Just allocated 3 students Office 365 licences, reset their passwords on our onsite domain controller, i can see in the logs the changes got updated to Office 365, student then goes to login to Office 365 and it just won't let them, says unrecognised ID.

 

When i click domains in the Office 365 centre it says 'Possible Service Issues'. Is Office 365 just broken AGAIN or am i doing something wrong? does anybody else have that when they look at their domain in the admin centre?

 

Really not impressed with Office 365 at all, feels like almost everyday i login there are service issues, had to call them last week because OneNote for Mac won't activate anymore with any new people i allocated licences too, they are aware of the issue now and i just have to wait for a fix.
