Job Title: IT Manager/Learning Support Technologist

Work Location: Valley Primary School with some potential outreach work in other local schools once established in the role

Reports to: Headteacher

Grade: BR13

Salary Range - £33,846 - £36,669

Hours: 36 hours per week for 52 weeks per year

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days

Local Government Pension

We require an outstanding IT professional with experience of working in schools. The person appointed will be responsible for the management, installation, maintenance, availability and security of the school's network (both curriculum and admin), hardware and software. The successful candidate will be a key support to teachers, teaching assistants and pupils in the classroom. It is expected that around 40% of the role will be classroom based or working with teachers when they are planning learning for pupils.
