Frog 3 -> Frog OS

Hi guys!

 

I am starting out with administering Frog. We had Frog OS (is that FrogLearn?) but somehow, I accidentally re-enabled Frog 3.0 (I think I set a Frog 3.0 page as the home page) and now our users are taken in to the old Frog 3 instead of Frog OS.

 

Does anyone know how I switch it back?

It's been a few months since I used Frog but I think there is a setting in the Toolkit under Admin and then Server Settings for it. I've never used FrogOS though so not sure exactly how accurate that is, but assuming you can get into the Toolkit that will be the place to look. Or give the guys at their support desk a call, they are always very helpful and can either do it for you or point you in the right direction.

Contact the Frog Service Desk? That's what they're there for...

Hi guys, thank you for your help! You're right, needed the service desk in the end. They were very helpful and showed me how to setup a Frog 3 page with a redirect brick to take you to FrogOS, then how to set the redirector page as the default for user profile types. Job done!
