[ms office - 2013] Could not create the work file - keeps coming back after fix

Hello everyone,

 

I visit this school every Friday, and the last two weeks I have fixed the problem, to have it come back after a couple of days which is baffling me.

 

A teacher cannot open Office files on her laptop for some reason,

 

"Word could not create the work file. Check the temp environment variable."

 

The past 2 times I have deleted the TEMP data and it has worked fine, however it keeps coming back and I'm wondering if anyone has an idea why?
