Active inspire Gaping issues

Hi wonder if someone has experienced this..

 

in the past we have put it down to the pens... but now getting issues with newer pens.

 

when the the teachers write on the IWB they get gaps between there lines?

 

i have noticed flicks was installed and removed this aswell as this has caused issues in the past..

 

any suggestions welcome

have you updated the drivers? Which boards are you using?

updated drivers and firmware... umm i think its PS2 the ones with the black around the outside...

I was going to mention firmware... I had some 587PRO ones that did the same. Firmware update solved the issue. Could be the circuit board on the back has gone. Does it do the same in programs like paint?

could be - i will try changing the circuilt board with a working one and see if issue still occures

i removed flicks as mention above - teacher still told me he had issues but seems to be ok now so will monitor!
