O365 Certificate Error

Hi,

 

We are running emails on Office 365. When the head takes his phone home he gets the following error regarding his school e-mails: 'It appears that there's a problem with the certificate for outlook.office365.com'. When he is in school the error is not present. He is using a Nokia Lumia 630. Any ideas?

The solution to this was quite strange. I found that if I turn off the option to 'Set time automatically' on the phone the error stops. Maybe this is due to a discrepancy between Microsofts time service and the certificate time? Anyway its now resolved.
