barrystone Posted November 7, 2014 Posted November 7, 2014 Hi Everyone Just starting to use Apple Configurator with Lightspeed MDM Have set up and attached a profile for the students and also attached MDM Bulk enrollment profile from Lightspeed When I try to refrresh ipads connected to Apple Coonfigurator or supervise more ipads i get the following error message in Apple Configurator against the device "Unable to send request unlock command to device" Has anyone else had this problem ?
