Cached Profile Rights

I hope I am posting this in the right section, some of you probably helped out when I posted all about Offline Files here.

 

Well having managed to get that working the staff can now take their laptops home and view their work, however whilst at home and logged in with the cache profile they do not have the right to carry out tasks such as installing printers?

 

Is this to be expected or can something be done?

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Are they standard users or do they have admin rights?
