3s-gtech Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 We have quite a few ancient Smartboards working happily on Windows 7 x64. I do have a variety of version of the Smart drivers etc to prompt them into life though. Are all of this model playing up? Do you have serial ports as a backup option for getting them working (I think some of ours are connected via serial!)
sted Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 black bordered boards should be 5x0 6x0 are grey as far as im aware it depends how new smartboard software is I don't think newer versions play well with 5 series boards. The drivers should be in c:\program files (x86)\smartboard\drivers (or something similar it seems to change slightly with each release)

MrPstv Posted November 6, 2014 Author Posted November 6, 2014 Just came across this: Thoughts of a Primary School Tech: Older Smart Boards with Windows 7 x64 Will give it a try...
3s-gtech Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 I think I use the 10.7 drivers with mine, if that helps.
