DeployStudio - WinClone

I'm getting inconsistent imaging of windows partitions when using DeployStudio for deploying bootcamp so I thought I would give WinClone imaging a go to see if its more reliable. It seems to work in terms of deploying the winclone image via DeployStudio but it doesn't autoname the computer name like the DeployStudio bootcamp imaging does. Any ideas anyone?
