Requirements for the role are as follows: Ability to setup and maintain equipment such as projects and laptops Management of users which include resetting passwords and troubleshooting problems Technical support, fault finding and troubleshooting any network hardware or software including dealing with external suppliers for faults / repairs Installation of hardware devices and upgrades Monitoring and ordering of stock in relation to consumables and IT hardware Participation with and operation of an online service desk system Assist with the development of IT throughout the School including across the curriculum.
