Sheridan Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 I've been told by our users that they can't download Office through the HUP (on our EES agreement) and when I've checked it is now stuck in a status of 'Held awaiting reactivation', and the only option available is to change it to 'Ended' Our agreement is still in place so I'm not sure why this is now held, and I don't seem to have any way to change this - any other HUP users seen this before?

Ours has also changed within the last week or two and is our agreement is also still in place, has anyone else experienced this?
