.\ User profile

Hello All,

 

I have 2 machines in our library that on start up try auto logging into a .\ user profile (it fails as there is no password for the .\ profile). To login to the CC4 network I have to press Switch User and select Other User. Is there an easy way to remove this .\ profile and stop the machine trying the auto login?

Try this..Interactive logon: do not display last username - Windows 7 Help Forums

 

Do not display last username option.

On the local machines:

 

Start

Run

Type control userpasswords2

 

Check the settings on the Users tab (.\ may be set to logon automatically here) then check that Require user to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete is set on the Advanced tab.
