Problem printing from 2D Design V2 (ver. 2.11) to a lasercutter

Hi,

 

I am trying to print a simple design from a licensed copy of 2D Design to a Gravograph LS900 lasercutter, but a 'Temoorary file error' message comes up on the computer screen and on the LCD on the lasercutter it stays stuck on 'CALCUATING...'

 

Why isn't it working?
