    Hi, I am trying to print a simple design from a licensed copy of 2D Design to a Gravograph LS900 lasercutter, but a 'Temoorary file error' message comes up on the computer screen and on the LCD on the lasercutter it stays stuck on 'CALCUATING...' Why isn't it working?

    Hi, I would like to know how to go about resetting the bios password on an RM One EcoQuiet machine. I've tried using 'RM' as the password, but that doesn't work. Anyone have any idea? It is quite urgent.
