'Fuzzy' Interactive Clevertouch Screen

Has anyone come across a similar issue on their Clevertouch (or any) interactive board?

 

When actually drawing or writing on the screen it displays fine, however as soon as the user let's go and stops interacting with the board the content turns fuzzy and pixelated. Never seen it before and it doesn't seem to be related to just the software being used..

I would recommend re calibrating the screen. What software are you using?

The boards are Clevertouch and the software is "Lynx" - as of yet I've not found or heard of any way to calibrate them..

OK - In Lynx go to Help> Check for updates.

 

Make sure you are using the up to date version.

Literally just figured out the issue, feel bad for taking this long to notice. The Teacher had zoomed in a lot in the Lynx software.. resetting it back to 100% fixed it.
