Arreks Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 Has anyone come across a similar issue on their Clevertouch (or any) interactive board? When actually drawing or writing on the screen it displays fine, however as soon as the user let's go and stops interacting with the board the content turns fuzzy and pixelated. Never seen it before and it doesn't seem to be related to just the software being used..

Arreks Posted October 17, 2014 Author Posted October 17, 2014 The boards are Clevertouch and the software is "Lynx" - as of yet I've not found or heard of any way to calibrate them..
Clevertouch_Rob Posted October 17, 2014 Posted October 17, 2014 OK - In Lynx go to Help> Check for updates. Make sure you are using the up to date version. If you are still having issues after that please PM me i will forward this to one of our engineers.
Arreks Posted October 17, 2014 Author Posted October 17, 2014 Literally just figured out the issue, feel bad for taking this long to notice. The Teacher had zoomed in a lot in the Lynx software.. resetting it back to 100% fixed it. Thanks @Robx
