Sheridan Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 Well, ios8/8.02 has made my ipad 3 rather unpleasant to use. Laggy and unresponsive and internet access through safari and chrome is now awful (scrolling is jerky and intermittent) I know you used to be able to roll back to ios7, but only when Apple were still allowing this - but does anyone know of a way to do this? Otherwise I'm ebaying it and getting a nice galaxy tab instead!

Apple Ceases Signing iOS 7.1.2, Downgrading No Longer Possible - Mac Rumors iOS 8.1 is being released on Monday and should improve performance so I would wait a few more days before chucking it on eBay.
Sheridan Posted October 16, 2014 Author Posted October 16, 2014 Been a bit of a mess his ios8 update - its apples Windows 8! I wouldn't care, but the ipad3 worked fine on ios6 and 7, wish I'd just left it alone!
protocol Posted October 16, 2014 Posted October 16, 2014 We've got issues with iOS8 authenticating with Smoothwall at work. iOS 7 works fine but like you am unable to roll back.
