We've been working with SIMS for assessment here pretty much since time immemorial. We're having a big old rethink about how we do things, and as such there are a mass of obsolete result sets which we no longer use.

Problem is, because results exist within them, I can't make them inactive.

Is there any way, at least, that I can hide them from the selection list when building a new set of marksheets?

Rename them with a z at the front...?

Or long term, copy the data over to the new system and remove them. this would be a major PITA so hiding is better.

You can mark them as inactive then 'hide' them by sorting your result set list by inactive/active. Or delete them if you don't need them.

Assessment Manager is FAR too complicated for what it is. We just moved to a system called OTrack. Its very good but does mean doubling up on some data input.
