[ipad] Meraki keeps retiring devices randomly.

Hi

 

We are testing meraki to manage some iPads and have linked our VPP account.

 

When we link a device and invite it to join it accepts and then within about 5 minutes the device status changes from associated to retired :S

 

Anyone had this before?

Hi TJ,

 

I've not had this, but Meraki's support team have always been very helpful when I've had issues. You can log a case from the Help menu in Meraki and their support usually reply within 24 hours.

 

For a free product the support has been excellent.
