Twitter not loading

Hello Everyone,

 

We currently use Lightspeed rocket as our filter for our network. The decision was to allow staff to use twitter (For some unknown reason).

I have allowed twitter on our filter for all staff however it is not showing correctly and I have no idea why. (Please see above picture)

 

Any Help would be apprenticed.
