3CX Android App

Hi Guys

i am currently setting up a 3CX System and i have the 3cxphone app running on my phone. But i have ran into a bit of a problem it shows as its registered and the server also tells me its connected but the app shows disconnected. i can make phone calls from it but i can not recive phone calls when the phone is locked i also can not send messages using it. the phone is connected threw wireless and the server does not have any firewall blocking any thing. so i hope someone could help me with this

Maybe have a look at the power saving options on the phone. Its possibly putting the wifi to sleep to save battery.

 

The other possibility is its going through NAT. Is your wifi network part of your main network?

i know its not the wifi as i have set it to stay on always and its an internal ip. and yes the wifi is part of the same network it evan uses the same ip range as all of the servers
