Novalee Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 We are using IE9 - only affecting some users though. Not sure where to start with this one. User has been having the problem since yesterday. When printing an email it opens the print preview window and allows to select a printer as usual. However, when the print arrives, it is just a blank sheet of paper.
