UStream + Fortigate / light speed

I've been asked at the last minute to stream some chicks hatching. We already have one! I can get Ustream to work over 3G but not through our school broadband Fortigate / Lightspeed system. Everything seems unblocked as far as I can see.

 

Has anybody used Ustream and can give a basic guide. Or something else where we can use an idevice for the camera and stream ideally to the web?

We should be able to get this working. Forgive me.as I'm on holiday at the.moment and the internet is rubbish so I can't Google ustream. If it's from a single ip though we can do an allow all rule on the fortigate and an ignore on the lightspeed for said ip.

 

This should allow it to work fine.

 

Best give our support department a call. If you get no luck send me a pm with the ticket id and I'll get it checked out for you.

Support have added some firewall options (at least I think it was support) and I tried tweaking them but without any luck.

 

Did e-mail support but no reply. could do with a web help desk type thing so we all know where we are with an issue
