SIMs - Viewing of ex-years Marksheets

HI, I need help with viewing of whole class Marksheets. Every year, every exam, I have created class and year group marksheets. Now when I want to view a particular years marksheet - I am unable to view it but instead I get the marksheet with the present academic years students names with blank marksheet. Is there any option whereby I can for example: View 2012~13 - End of year Marksheet for Year 5?

Open a marksheet and change the group membership date to some time last year and then click refresh.

 

This should work fine on year based marksheets. It's not always successful at class level as the names of the classes may have changed. It defo works fine on reg groups as long as they have stayed the same.
