Office 365 OWA - Printing

We have an odd issue where the majority of people (probably everyone except us) is unable to print directly from the OWA attachment preview window. Clicking "print" in the top menu tells us the PDF is ready and nothing else. No print dialogue comes up. However, in Chrome it appears to work fine *more often* but not always. There's always a printer attached.

 

Even the same as an admin user in IE (version 11). Disabled popup blocking, makes no odds. Any clues please?

I thought it was because you can only PDF print from the preview window.

 

All our users are told to download the attachment then they can open and print it.

Yeah, same here. Most just aren't happy because it was "easier" in Zimbra. (It's actually near identical). I suppose it's because it's *right there* with a handy Print button that's so tempting and really should work. Certainly does work for us, just not for them! I also note old posts on Technet from last year where this was a known issue in IE which Microsoft fixed.
