[ePortal] Change dataset year

For the 8th year in a row I've forgotten how to do this.

From my own year-end document, where I write down all these once-a-year-things that I always forget as well:

• On MIS server, open Facility Controller, click Database Connection button, click Next, Next, then change data set and OK

Ah! Thankyou. A remember years ago it was in the config file for the web app.

 

Now my Facility Controller will not connect.

 

Dang I miss SIMs
