Laptop Wanted

So its my birthday next month so I am thinking of upgrading my ageing Lenovo SL500 with something that has a bit more grunt.

Here is my wishlist.

• i5 (Quad core)
  
• 8gb ram+
  
• 1tb or SSD
  
• DVD drive
  
• could duel boot linux
  

£££ - Under £600

Main use - Website development work, Graphics, some games, general internet use, will be used in place of my aging secondary desktop.

 

What do people recommend?

I got a used macbook pro off ebay in the new year i5, 4GB RAM and all that for £465. 2011 model, but still holds loads of battery charge. I love it. A semi-convert
