Lync Server Auto Config

We are using Lync server 2013. It works for most users on autoconfiguation. However, a few issues it says it can't connect to the lync server due to a dns issue. If I set the client to manual configuration and put lync.domain.local it works fine.

 

In the dns on the domain controller, it has the setting in forward lookup zones: _sipinternaltls and its set to the same lync.domain.local that I type into the manual config on the client. port is 5061.

 

Any ideas please? Just annoying as if staff move round they have to type the manual config in again.
