Hello All,

Our Director sent an email, (I am in the ICT), part of the email, he requested

1. "This implies that a data base of our Reports, proposals, contracts, and job orders for all the service lines from 1990 to date will be produced. Similarly all our articles and publications as well as Laboratory results will be in this database"

2. "We shall then aim to link Human Resources and Accounts together so as to achieve a common ground for evaluating our performance against targets and remunerations"

3. "The goal will also be to link, proposals, finance, and project management."

4. "Store, purchasing, assets and Finance shall be linked and integrated"

5. "Then finally our security system and access to our building shall be digitalised and linked to our Identity cards. Then our system shall be laid out in a corporate GIS platform"

Can you profer ICT Solutions that can match ANY or ALL 5 needs?

I believe

1. Document management system or Docuware or Sharepoint

2. No idea

3. Sharepoint

4. Puridiom

5. No idea

Please proffer solutions or any advices, thanks all

Thank you for your feedback.

I looked at Entrapass, i think the company handling the installation of the Card system should install something similar right?

Thanks....iv noted Microsoft Dynamics GP, im impressed... it suites for a lot of needs listed.

Thanks again:)

Big question for one thread, perhaps you should post each on its own, as soon as someone offers solutions for one not others your thread will go off on that tangent and the other questions won't get answered anyway?

2. FileMaker Pro talking to sage database

3. FileMaker Pro

4. FileMaker Pro

5. FileMaker Pro talking to entrapass database

But I bet you any money, that your manager goes down the SAP route for this, which is overkill and you haven't got the money to support it.

Big businesses can't afford SAP
