Hi guys,

 

I was wondering if someone could help me with this strange SIMS problem. When a user produces an invoice on SIMS, it converts the currency from pounds to dollars. I have tested this users account on three different computers and it happens on all three computers. When another person uses the three tested machines, they can produce invoice in pound currency.

I would try, although not sure whether this is the same issue Nova-T6 has with Dates or not, altering the user's regional settings to a different region (I normally pick US for no particular reason), apply the settings and then change the regional settings back to UK.

 

See if it makes any difference.
