Failed Drive in Dell Poweredge 2900 - Need to be exact same drive?

I have a failed drive in one of our Dell Power edge 2900`s - Its a "Dell Barracuda ES.2 500gb SAS" drive - Its part of a array

Was wondering - does it have to be the exact same drive that I have to replace with? or just a SAS 500gb drive???

 

PS - Can anyone shed light on the best place to buy said drive? Can only find seller in the states

A SAS 500GB drive at the same speed of the others will be fine.

I just use the general suppliers really. @CPLTD will supply one. You can buy the same from Dell but it will be more expensive.
