SSO Not working

Hi all, I am having a problem trying to setup SSO . I have followed the Youtube video and i still cant get it to work. its just not logging in and just showing the login page. I have added my internal IP ranges like this :

 

 

I have done all of the steps in the video . I cant work out why its not working.

That should work, do your pcs use a different dns name from the domain name? Do you have reverseDNS setup?

 

HAP+ uses reverse DNS to check that the IP address is internal and is on the same domain (allows for multiple domains to exist on the same network but only auto login on the one HAP+ is installed on)

Hi Nick , Thanks for your Reply. Reverse DNS is setup. They use the same domain in hap its listed as saints.local but we just use saints i didnt think this would make a difference.

Would i need to setup anything else on the domain for this to work? cannot seem to get this to work at all. Yet i have Reverse DNS setup
