Windows 8.1 SOE with SCCM 2012 (R2)

Has anyone documented their process of SOE creation and deployment using SCCM 2012 (Ive just discovered I need to upgrade to 2012 R2 to support windows 8.1)

 

Fairly new to SCCM and got a tight schedule to get this out, I was hoping some one might be in a position to share some knowledge, procedures, and gotchas that you may have worked through already to save me making the same mistakes
