Hi,

All of our users have 2 email addresses, one with our new domain name, one with our old. This works well, both of those are in the proxyaddresses field and it uses the new one as that matches their UPN.

However for 2 users, they need 4 - bursar@ and head@ (for the old and the new domains). Doing so makes O365 set those addresses as the default reply-to address which we do not want. Can't seem to find a way to set their username@domain as the reply to! Any help appreciated!

In the proxyaddress field - you want to set the non-defualt addresses as smtp:[email protected] (smtp in lowercase) and the one you want as the default as SMTP:[email protected]. (SMTP in capital letters)

There is probably an easier way to do it, but that is how I set up ours.
