[sims] Printing Student Photos Without Names Below

Morning all,

 

Our new Principal has asked for some playing cards with students pictures on them for the Inset day. I've printed off the Current Student List fine which produces the photos with the student names below. Is there a way to do this without the student names or a report that can be made and will do the same.

 

I've tried making a few reports but it just gives me a little text box with "Photo" written in it.

Hi,

 

You should have a CES report called "Photographs" available. You could go into Design and remove the Surname and Forename data fields.

 

I've just tried it and it does still produce Photo's by class for example, though it does continue to display the merge fields of and (no names showing) so it might be sufficient for what you require?

Thanks JJ. Not seen that one. I got it sorted eventually by a combination of Lightroom and SIMS, but thanks to everyone who contributed.
