Offline Files not syncing back to Server

Hi Guys,

We are trying to setup Offline Files and Syncing for a new build using 2012 R2 and Windows 7. We have gone through the GPO and set it up as it (hopefully) should be. Files sync to the laptop as they should for offline use. But any files created offline are not syncing back to the server when the laptop is back on the domain. We have even manually ran Syncing with no errors.

 

Are we doing something stupid to get syncing working both ways??

Clutching at straws here ... but you could check the sync center settings. I think you can set conditions when the files sync back to the server, e.g. when the PC is inactive. If its syncing manually both ways then I reckon its probably this kinda setting?
