Frog User login reports

We are looking for a report from Frog that will let us know the amount of times all users have logged into the system.

 

We can get general logins. I.e. 200 staff logins today. We can not find out if that is 20 staff logging in 10 times during the day, or if it is all 200 staff logging once.

 

Our heads of Campus want this kind of break down to ensure site wide usage by all staff.

 

I hope this is something simple we are missing.

Under the anytics app you can see how many people login and when, you can also refine it by groups of users. Hopefully this will help, we are using FrogOS.

Is it Frog 3 or FrogLearn that you are using?

 

If it is FrogLearn, Grey-gear is correct, login in as the admin, go to your FrogDrive > Application > Analytics

 

Then click on the number next to 'staff users' near the bottom, which will give you a breakdown of staff usage (Number of logins, Last login, average time logged in) You should be able to export this as a csv.

Hi, Thanks for the reply's.

We are using Frog learn.

 

We were in the application Analytics, but had not clicked on "staff users". we were looking at the graph and trying to get the info from that, we just did not find the group list.

It is quite easy to miss, I'll see if we have a request for change in to make it clearer.

 

Have you been on the Community Site? It's quite useful with videos and it's own forum specifically for Frog questions. (You can get to it in the quicklaunch/applications)
