Download Flash video from website

I need to save a short flash video for use in a big meeting where there is no internet access. It is on the AQA website;

 

AQA | Policy | GCSE and A-level changes | New GCSEs

 

But I am really struggling to save it - any ideas?

I like 'flash video downloader' add-on in Mozilla since you start playing any video and it will give you the download link and other download options.

 

There are others and even online websites that will give you the download link for the URL.
