Workgroup Manager - old settings?

I had Workgroup Manager (on OSX Mountain Lion server) working well with our 10 Mac Minis, linked to our AD domain.

 

Last summer we migrated from RM CC4 (running 2003) to a new domain running server 2008 r2. (yay!)

 

I rejoined the Macs to the new domain and expected to find the old settings (preferences) somewhere in Workgroup Manager but no luck.

 

Two queries:

 

1) Any idea where Workgroup Manager might be storing the old settings, and how to get to them? Of course they may have been wiped when I joined the Macs to the new domain.

 

2) If I do have to start again, what is the best way to ensure that any of Workgroup Manager's previous settings are removed? I will probably upgrade to Mavericks and Workgroup Manager 10.9.

When you did a rebind on your Mac Server, everything went well? When you say the settings aren't anywhere, do you mean on the Mac server or just that they aren't transferring to the Mac clients?
