Award-Winning education-sector communication and data-extraction Software Company based in West-Essex, requires an enthusiastic 2^nd Line Support Technician for an internal role, to support a range of services to UK Education Authorities and Individual schools.

 

The ideal candidate will have a good technical knowledge of Desktop / Server computing, Database technologies, Internet / Cloud based applications and Internet Securities, with an ability to work on their own and within a team.

 

Any experience with Microsoft.Net products, Web Creation tools, Web Hosting and / or Communication technologies, ITIL and PRINCE2 would be highly advantageous, although additional training will be provided, for the right person.

 

The role includes providing technical support to clients and assisting the existing Technical Team with remote installations, configuration, set-up and Training services.

 

Salaries £25,000 - £30,000 Private Health, Pension
