Anyone else in Luton on Virgin Media / E2BN got slow internet today?

Friend of mine who works in a luton school on e2bn complained of slow speeds and at work on our virgin line it was slow as well.

Still slow today! Does anyone know who I actually need to speak to? Is it Virgin directly, Luton council or E2BN?

Aaaaaaaagh! Now today the admin proxy won't work!

The Head needs to get on her LBC email because the SATS results are out today and it won't accept the connection from any other proxy!

I'd say virgin as our line at work is directly virgin and it is sluggish...like a wet sponge today.
