SMART 800i UF675w Loses connection (Video) well playing videos

I have a weird issue when using UF675w.

 

It loses connection with the projector and I get a blue SMART screen appear, it reconnects momentarily later.

If I have the speakers on it will also ping like its found new hardware.

 

It does it on all 4 of my UF675w projectors (HDMI) but my 60 Epson 475w are ok....

 

Has anyone else experienced this.

 

Its only happened of recent...

Hey,

 

- Have you tried using different cables e.g other HDMI cables or tried VGA cables to see if the problem continues?

- Is the firmware of the boards up to date?

- Are the drivers on the computers up to date?

- Try plugging the computer stright in to the projector as something could be wrong with the connection from the wall panel to the projector? (if you have wall panels)
