Windows Server 2012 R2 Domain Controllers

Hello,

We have about 20 separate sites all on server 2012 or 2012 r2. Before we was on 2012 they were on 2008 R2. We have been problems across many sites with two or more domain controllers replicating Sysvol and group policys. We started all the domain from scratch and added the additional domain controllers afterwards. We never had a problem with this in 20082. Just wondering has anything changed and requires to be done a different way and has anyone else come across this ? We have followed all the guides on the internet but no luck. Sometimes it works for a bit but after a couple of months stops replicating. Does everyone still use more than one Domain controller ?

We have 2 dc's, 2012r2. no issues with replication as far as I can tell. We do have one domain though and it was a fresh install. if you want me to test anything give me a shout.

The only problem with replication ice had is when joining with a 2003 DC. But it's normally just a case of tinkering around with the various functional roles Etc

We had this issue on a site. DC replication on 2012 R1 would work for a bit, then it would break and need fixing using a command in the error logs. Turns out you can automate this command (R2 does this itself). Once done, no issues. Can't remember the link atm, do a search and it'll come up.
