Outlook Calender Update Problem

Hi one of my users has done her regular updates to the training calander but any udpates she's made inside of her outlook won't update to other users that she's selected to share it with,

"Outlook is not linking up so when I make changes to the calendars not all staff are getting to see the changes.New groups are indicated by showing Red and all groups are set to the colour of the trainer, but I have had to change colours and the changes are not showing for everyone?!

as a first port of call I've tried closing outlook on her computer and the users computers, going to mail > settings > untick "CACHED EXCHANGE MODE" opened outlook and made changes but still they haven't fully updated for other users.
