Airserver - image "shrinks" in keynote presentation mode and powerpoint slide show

hi

has anyone else come across this? we have bought Airserver and are using iPads extensively. Some of our staff are complaining that when they connect their iPad through Airserver and show a keynote file or a powerpoint slide show, the image "shrinks" and the screen cannot be easily read. Has anyone come across this and if so how did you fix it? This happens randomly on different pc's. They are all windows 7 64 bit with various different graphics cards.
