We have created a mailbox for a shared calendar, then shared this out via Outlook 2010. All entries are visible to all users as expected. We have also made this calendar public, allowing us to add the calendar as a subscribed calendar onto iOS devices, however when viewing the Public Calendar via a PC browser or on an iPad, after a certain date all entries are not visible - however viewing the calendar via Outlook all entries are visible.

Anybody have any ideas what maybe causing this?

Thanks

Hi Craig

yep it initially appears to be replication setting you need to alter however I think we need more info on this.

There are a few things it could be, can we confirm that you are using MS exchange and what version?

Do you have a SharePoint site or are you viewing appointments on the web through OWA?.

Are the missing appointments in the future or in the past? If so by how long into the future or the past? Is it everything before or after a certain date or just selected items?

PM me if you like

Thanks Joe

We are not using on site exchange, everything is O365 syncing from AD. We do not use SharePoint either. The appointments that are missing are all future, after January 5th 2015 for some reason. The appointments are only missing in the public calendar, but can be viewed via the shared calendar in Outlook 2010 (not OWA).

Thanks
