HAP Help desk issues.

I have this issue every time somebody tries to access the help desk or the booking system on my HAP+. Does anybody have any idea of how to stop this from happening.

Check the web.config file of the helpdesk, it has specific groups specified in there which may not match your AD

Thank you however I now have the following parser error, any idea of how to sort this?

The help desk is a separate plugin as of version 10, make sure you install that plugin as well

We have already installed it, do you have any other ideas as to what the problem could be?

None, make sure you overwrite everything with the contents of the Help Desk plugin, it's missing either the dll or page
