Duckstein Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 Discovering quite a strange issue that seems to be happening on our print server, where printers will randomly go offline. The printer then can't be "pinged" (past tense -pung?) from the print server itself, however, if you ping it from any other machine, the connection is made, and the printer operates normally. I'd probably say this is a Server 2008 issue somewhere along the line rather than a printer issue, as we experience it with different types of printers, though me mainly notice it on our Kyoceras as we have a lot of them about! Has anyone else experienced it?!
